Some of the repairs were not done properly so we need to take the car back to he shop. Also, they unhooked one of the passenger seat belt and didn't attached it back. Customer service was bad.

There were a few things not completed perfectly, such as hatch alignment and paint consistency/blemishes. I spoke with the representative and he made things a good as they could be, given the situation. This included realigning the hatch, polishing some of the blemishes, and offering to cut the unraveling trim off the front seat.

Communication broke down after my representative wasn't at work on Friday. I called to get a status on Friday after being told my car would be ready on Thursday and someone told me it was still waiting for parts. I was notified on Tuesday that the car was in paint. It sounds like when my representative wasn't at work on Friday all progress stopped on my car and all communication as well.
