Upon receiving my vehicle I noticed that my front license plate was missing. I was told by the Auto technician named Mike that my plate was not with the car when the body shop received it. Which I know to not be true. The front bumper was not attached however the license plate was still attached to the bumper. I waited a few minutes and I happened to look in my backseat on the floor and discovered my license plate. I asked Mike to attach it for me. What bothered me was that he still insisted the plate did not arrive with the car. He apologized to me for the misunderstanding but never took responsibility for the mistake.

Although there was a bit of confusion when attempting to pick up my car (Geico decided to waive my deductible, but there was a miscommunication). Nonetheless, I was well informed throughout the process and the customer service was great. I just moved here from TN and we tried another dealership nearby and was discouraged by the lack of service and attention to detail. Since then, I have had the pleasure of dealing with multiple Apple Ford staff for repairs of both my Expedition and my MKX. Although no one likes to spend money on maintenance or repairs, your staff makes it so much easier to understand and to hear the pain rigour pocket. I hope to purchase a newer model MKX in the future .
