I was very impressed with how communicative Tristate was during the repair process. I appreciated the emails and phone calls keeping me informed of when my car would be ready. My only complaint was with Enterprise as the day I was due to pick up my car, the agent called me to confirm my drop off and when I asked how late they'd be there, she told me 6 PM. I arrived at 5:40 and everyone was gone. This was unacceptable to me (given that the staff member at Tristate seemed unphased by it) as I am expected to return the car in the condition I received it and there was no one there from Enterprise to do the walkaround inspection to verify this.

My car is not ok. there are issues with electrical system as the right headlight, both foglights do nit work. also i hava ABS, Trac light and VSC lights turned on the dash, and the hiadlights and fog light indicators are not working. I had none of these problems when I dropped off the car for repair.

The quality of the repair appears to be exceptional; however, the most outstanding part of the entire process was the continual progress updates. Uncertainty is typically a major issue with body shop repairs, but your daily or near-daily update were most reassuring. It was also a pleasure working with Mike - - from the initial contact until delivery after the repairs were made.

Nice guy(Eric) writing estimate. Unfortunately they told me a week. It was 2 ****/2 weeks and not very coordinated. Spoke to manager David ****. He apologized but also did no deliver. Said he'd expedite the repair which didn't happen. Eric called me at 4:55pm the day they were finally supposed to be done told me they closed at 5:30. I arrived at 5:45 (which I explained prior I didn't get off until 5:30) had to wait until 6:45 because there was an issue with a "run on the bumper" that needed to be wet sanded and buffed. Now I'm having issues with steering. He told me to bring it in at my convenience but I've been too busy to get over there. I'm taking it to the dealership for them to look it over. Not happy with service except Eric was very nice.
