I felt this was the worst experience I have ever had with a car repair company. Myself and my husband already wrote a detailed letter discussing our horrible experience and received no response only emails from car saying what a wonderful time it was having. We were promise our car returned in 3 days and received it back 2 weeks later. Never again.

The front bumper that was supposed to be replaced, did NOT get replaced. The estimate shows a charge for a new front bumper, however the front bumper did not get replaced. I had to point it out to the representative I was dealing with. They agreed it's their fault and have agreed to replace it now, which entails me to go back to the body shop and get the job done. This is very disappointing!!
