Hood release lever does not work, paint does not match, driver side fog light does not work will have to go back tomorrow, unnecessary extra trip and inconvenience. Hopefully it will be resolved since everyone seems to be in great rush!!!

Work was done fast, Tony kept me up to date on all work needing to be done. He even check on the car before calling to let me know it was complete; which was good as the alignment didn't get done and he noticed it and made sure it was complete.

The quality of work done was great. I was not however totally satisfied with the AAA representative service. I had an appointment and was told to wait because the rep was in a meeting (Do not schedule meetings when you have appointments. My time is also valuable). When I returned to pick up my vehicle the same thing happened (the same rep). The receptionist at the front desk informed the AAA representative at least twice. I saw him sitting at his desk, he got up to attend to me after I told the receptionist that I was leaving. He met me in the parking lot about to drive away. I think that is very poor customer service and even if the quality work done on my vehicle was great, I absolutely refuse to do business with people who are rude.

the service that I received was professional in nature. Once I showed up to my appointment, I did not have to wait to be seen. An estate of the cost for the repairs was explained to me on the same date. Tony maintained communication with me with an estimate as to when the work would be completed. He called me at least twice a week to keep me abreast and to confirm the work was on schedule. The work was actually finished two days ahead of schedule, and the center offered transportation for me to go pick up my car.
