Car was backed up onto the curb when I picked my car up to the point I heard it scrap as I pulled away. The windows are extremely dirty and the inside is covered in dust. Not sure what had to be taken apart to do the repairs, but the car makes a wobbling noise when I brake and it is sounds congested when I accelerate. These noises and dirt were not an issue when I dropped the car off.

Overall, the associate I worked with was very nice, professional, and forthcoming about what had to be done on the car. My main qualm, however, is that the door of my car had to be replaced (which in and of itself is fine) but the door they used to replace it had a small scratch on it- which could’ve easily been painted while my car was there. We also asked that some small chipped portions on my hood be touched up (since they were going to be painting anyway) and the associate said no problem, they’d take care of it, and they didn’t. It’s just a few small things that don’t really make sense to me- when the whole point was painting the damaged portion and getting the scratches out. But besides that, the process was pretty painless and I really appreciated the status updates on my car.
