As the claimant in this accident, I believe that both my and Nationwide's expectation was that my car be restored by TriState to the condition that it was in prior to the accident. TriState failed to achieve this. Although the easy, more obvious repair - the rear bumper - was completed, TriState was unable to locate and repair the problem that I told them was the more serious: a constant creaking coming from the rear of the car that, as I told TriState, started only after being in this accident. After taking care of the bumper I was told that the car was ready, and that no more creaking could be heard. This was not the case; I could hear it as soon as the car started moving.(Even my 2-year old granddaughter could hear it; she asked if there was a cricket in the car.) I will have to confer with Nationwide to see how this issue can be resolved.
