It was almost perfect,but waiting all day on the scheduled completed date of 3/24, until . Otherwise the repair work seems 4:10 pm and then FINALLY being called to pickup the vehicle or wait until Monday 3/27 was totally disappointing to say the least .I;m certain this delay could have been avoided with a little more customer concern. Otherwise, we were satisfied. Too bad,it could have been excellent.

I have always had an excellent experience with Mike's. This time, with the BMW, I was not given an option to repair the vehicle because it was "totaled" The car though damaged was drivable, I spent $7000.00 maintaining the vehicle last year. I have brought this to Geico's attention too, and they respond somewhat, but this represents a disappointment. I think there is room for improvement in the process. Thanks for asking for feedback.
