I really appreciated the frequent updates on the repair of my car! The individuals I dealt with were so friendly and understanding of my experience (and stress!). Liz knew me when I called, what my car was, and commented on the "love" in mine and my daughters car...this personal touch said so much to me about your business. This was a great experience from start to finish. Everyone was attentive. Receptive to my worries and needs and went overboard in making sure I knew what was going on and happy with the process. When my heavily damaged car took a bit longer to fix, they footed the bill to keep me in my rental. At the end, they even replaced my brakes and oil/filter "because it needed it" at no cost to me! Outstanding company, they have my loyalty!
