I walked in, gave the loaner car keys back, signed some papers, given my keys and told that my car was outside. One tire was too flat to drive on, nobody telling me anything about the repair or work warranty and a somewhat impersonal office.
The one exception was a shop guy who helped put air in my tire. I didn't expect a party, and the repair looks good, but I did expect a little more.
