We requested the spot on the driver's door be fixed. When we left our car,we told the tech we would be paying out of pocket because our deduct is $500, and our repair was $450. We recommend your staff tell customers no personal checks accepted. We were at the counter with your staff and never saw the sign re:cash,cashier check, insurance check. We think telling customers accepted payment, in advance would increase customer satisfaction.We are old school and we use personal checks to pay for all our purchases. If a business does not accept our checks, we do
not return to them.
