In the end I wish I would have just gone to the spanaway location to begin with. The whole reason I had to go to the spanaway location was because the lakewood one did not have a lift? If they didn't have a lift then how exactly did they do the repairs on my vehicle? Also the damaged under side, rim cover, and quite a few spots on the paint were not takenecessarily care of. However, Brad at the spanaway location was awesome. He really took his time with me and made sure everything was perfect and to standard.

You had my car for over a month and nothing on the inside was fixed! When we dropped the at off to you I pointed out all the damage inside the vehicle as well as told you it had to be done before February 6th because that was when I had to return it to the dealership because it was a lease. I followed up many many times in the month it was there reminding you of my deadline and each time I was reassured it would be done on time. The completion date was pushed back multiple times and then we finally picked it up on February 5th unfinished! Obvious pieces were still gone and broken! Wires were still cut and interior lights didn't even work! When we picked it up they had some poor guy who was filling in and had no idea what was going on and there was no one we could talk to about getting it settled nor did we have time due to the turn in deadline mentioned before! I have reported my concerns to my insurance company because this should be NO way to handle your business! There was ample time to make the repairs and the damages were way less than if the car had actual body damage. It needed paint, emblems, rims and interior work. Seeing as none of the interior work was even touched, I am very very unhappy.

My only concern is that the shop where the repairs are physically done are in a different location (city) than the office. I was just uncomfortable with the idea of transporting my car so often.
