Felm the first day they weee so reassuring and helpful. They talked me through the whole process and made the whole process extremely easy. Hmmm...well, it took a month to complete repairs which is really too long, and the electrical work is messed up. My headlight BRIGHTS don't work, and the door illumination was not re-hooked up, so now it has to go back again. Which means I have to rent another car until the work is completed again, and I have to come up with another $100 for Enterprise. So while the customer service is really good, the completed work wasn't completed.
