All I can say, is ask for Prescott if you can. I work in sales, so customer satisfaction is TOP priority in my business. From the time i called 4 different places, NONE called me back, Prescott wasted no time in getting me in, getting my car back to me EXACTLY when he said he would, following up with me every couple of days letting me know the progress, and then on top of all of that, he DELIVERED the car to my place of work when I couldn't leave to come get it.
