We thought other items were going to be taken care of while he car was here. And we would pay the difference. We didn't hear from anyone that they weren't being done, so needless to say it was very disappointing when my husband picked up the car. The other items still need to be done and now we will have to pay for a rental if we choose to do it with you. With all the texting and follow through..... with this job the communication was poor. When we used you a few months ago we were thrilled, today not so much

I was very happy with the work that was done on my car. Javier, Francesca and Frank were very professional, which helped to achieve zero stress with this experience. The constant communication with texts and phone calls also allowed for a stress free experience. My car was returned earlier than expected, washed and vacuumed. Overall, I would give an A1 rating to A1 BODY and Glass!
