George was my estimator and he was keeping me updated as much as possible. When it came to my scheduled day to pick up my car he updated me that it would take longer than anticipated, but he was able to accomodate my rental car for as long as it took until my car was ready. He did a great job communicating with me and was very helpful overall.

Completion date kept being pushed back which led to a problem with the car rental agency. Let Seidner rep know that I would be out of town on certain days if vehicle not finished by a specific date. Communication between Seidner and insurance company could have alleviated problem. In the end the insurance company covered the disputed rental extension.
