Excellent customer service! They kept in touch with me throughout the ENTIRE process letting me know the progress of my repairs which was outstanding! So far they are the only shop that I dealt with that has done that to their credit. Most of the time I have to call the shop numerous times to get the status of my car but Castle Collision was the exception. I am so glad they were on your list of repair shops. I got a bit frustrated with the unexpected delays (ordering parts/warning light issues) and the time it took to repair, but I appreciate your thorough attention to bring my vehicle back to it's original condition. It's hard to find a car repair place in New York City that I can trust with great customer service, but Castle Collision delivers :)

The people I dealt with at Castle Collision were extremely friendly and patient. They let me know everything that was happening with my car and went out of their way to provide professional service. It did take a long time to get my car back, which was not their fault; the supplier sent faulty and shipments with missing parts which delayed things.
I would definitely use them again (although I hope I don't need to)!
