Everything was almost perfect. I left with my car that had been hit by behind and when I returned rental I noticed backup camera was not working so I went back and they fixed quickly but it was a 100 degree day with a toddler in the car and we had somewhere to be. They did apologize but very inconvenient.

Eddie (Ontario) was great to have as a liaison. He was in constant communication with me through the entire process and proved to be excellent at estimating when the repairs would be complete. The team in Glendora was great, too. I only had to drop the car off and a week later it showed up at my house looking great!
