I originally went to Seidner’s because of the great reputation you guys have but after picking up my vehicle I’m extremely upset. I picked up my vehicle today only to notice the rear balance is warped around the left exhaust opening. I spoke with one of the representatives who told I could bring the vehicle back next week and they would fix or replace it. Then when I got home I noticed my front right did light isn’t working and you guys reused the fog light that was damaged in my collision. This is unacceptable. I would have expected better from a shop with such a good reputation. It’s like there is no quality control. No one bothered checking to see if the lights were working and you guys didn’t even replace the damaged fog light. Also I don’t understand how no one saw how warped the rear was. I noticed it as soon as I walked up to the vehicle. I work a lot of hours during the week and I only have one day to rest. Now I have to use that day to bring the car back to get worked on again and go through the whole process of getting a rental car. Then once the vehicle is done, I have to again take a day to come return the rental car and pick up my vehicle. That’s two days I could be resting but instead have to deal with this. It’s very upsetting to say the least.

The staff is super friendly and very helpful. My car was ready a week earlier than promised and I’m very grateful for that.

Great communication throughout the entire process. I could tell they went above and beyond to make my car look great. I truly appreciate that commitment to awesome customer service.

Kurt was very informative and the darling white haired lady in the front was very professional and courteous. May she have a great retirement.
