When my car was ready for pick up, we waited an addition 1hr. When the vehicle was pulled out the brake fluid cap was removed and oil had spilt all over. The key level button for the alarm was not working. The. When I start the car the check engine light was on (engine light was never on before arrival to your collision center. So I left my vehicle after paying my 500 deductible. I get a call from Steve at the Perris location where my car is, he tails me the engine light has nothing to do with their repairs and they will not fix it until insurance approves a re diagnostic. What he said was wrong with the car is clearly from the repair. I left the cehicle and will not pick it up until it is finished correctly. I called regional manager and he did not answer so I left a message
