Even though there were more repairs needed than inifially quoted for, my car was still done within the 4-day timeline I had initially been given. The appointment to bring my car in was reasonable, especially for being during the beginning of the winter season. They replaced my aftermarket projector headlights with the same ones, and even kept the old one that was damaged, as well as the new spare (only one needed replacing), just in case I wanted to keep them for bulbs and whatnot (which I actually did). There was only one thing about the headlight installation that I feel like I can't really complain about (because I had it wired differently before bringing it in), and that's that the wiring was assembled per manufacturer instructions and not to how it was wired when I brought it in, but that's an easy job for me. But overall, the work done to my car was excellent! The car is almost 10 years old now, I bought it right off the lot brand new, has been through some extremely high mileage driving and extreme weather conditions in short time periods, and has been through 3 claims now (all from weather or minor animal damage), and this collision repair team by far did the best work on it! And the prior two claims were taken care at the same make shop (Toyotas) that the car is! I've always taken care of my car to try to keep it in "practically new" condition (as that's how you should take care of a car), and Complete Collision definitely helped me stay on track with that. Outstanding work except the lower Bumper was replaced but no Fog light Installed.

I wish my vehicle was ready on time to use it to work that day, but it took longer then expected as per estimate. I had to call in to find out that my vehicle won't be ready for pickup before 4:00. It left me hitching a ride to work. Other then that, my vehicle is fix.

I was told the vehicle would only be there Tuesday-Friday unless more damage was found. Then received notification the car hadn’t been looked at until Thursday. Would have preferred to keep the vehicle while It wasn’t being worked on rather than struggling without a vehicle. I was however impressed with the car being cleaned upon return.

EVERYBODY on the team went above and beyond even after the work was completed. The accident repair was hassle-free for me.

I was told 5 days on the 26 and i still don't have my car on the 6 and I was sent a text saying I already picked up my car and I still don't have it
