I would like to mention that my car was a little dirty on the inside and partly outside. It looked like someone had dirt on their hands when moving my car. Also my floor mat had dirt on it so in the future please ensure you put mats down to cover in case someone has dirty shoes and have your employees wash their hands.

I appreciate it when the associates you encounter are calm and professional even when you are dealing with a difficult time. The staff I encountered were very professional and really made me feel comfortable about the experience. This began with Mr. Fish from Geico through your front counter staff. I don’t remember her name, but she was sitting at the counter nearest the coffee counter. I experienced an unhappy return of my rental, but she was excellent in getting the answer I needed at the moment.
