My drop off experience was great ..
But during my pick up it wasn't so good I picked my car up drove home & noticed a light bulb sensor was on my car I called them back they told me to come back so they can fix it.I check my hand book it stated messed up or no bulb .Then when I went to back they found out it was two bad bulbs in the back light *something they replaced* took and additional 30 mins

I really would like to thank Northeast Autobody for their concern, communication, and completion of my vehicle. I knew every aspect of what was going on with my vehicle through various updates from them. I really liked that but the overall knowledge, and confidence of my estimator Ms. Karen was the Best. She took care of me when I first came through the door till the end when I picked up my car. She stood in the rain/snow flurries with me outside and helped me gather all of my belongings. I even saw her in my rear view mirror waving Goodbye to me. Overall Northeast Auto Body is one great business in Washington DC.
