Won't take my cars anywhere else.. They are very personable and caring people.. The workmanship is superior quality. Just great caring people, and take pride in their craftsmanship. My car as always looks beautiful. Looks like just came off the show room inside and out.

The first trip back was terrible. I wouldn't use your company or recommend it becuase you forgot who the customer was. Frankly I made the mistake to go with a car repair tied to Farmers. You even try to sell Farmers on your other survey. Bumper still doesn't match up to frame and i'm getting estiamtes on fixing it correctly(right) and bringing back bill. I can say that I have never been at fault in an accident, but we have had to get 5 or 6 repairs done over 20 years. Each time it came back and we couldn't even tell where the accident repair took place. Even the son of franchise admitted that origanal work was bad and I was surprised that he didn't come out when I can back 2nd time. Again, this is when your either stand up to your work or make it right. Don't forget you repair the car for the driver (customer) that was hit not the insurance.
