I felt like I was being misled by Wicklund's. Although I was clearly not satisfied with the appearance of the repair work, Wicklund's attempted to "sell" it to me, twice. The first time, the front bumper of the truck was badly mis-aligned. The second time it was better, but not good. I felt as though the representative from Wicklund's was telling me "the sky isn't blue, it's purple".
I understand if the components of the truck are a little finicky, and difficult to adjust. However, it was never expressed to me that there were problems getting things to align. Both times I received a call saying the truck was all done and ready to go. Both times, it was clear that Wicklund's was hoping I would not notice the mis-alignment. Had you been more up-front with me beforehand, I would have been much more understanding.
I am not a person who regularly complains about service, or is overly picky with my vehicles. It takes a lot for me to become this dissatisfied. Hopefully this feedback helps you better service future customers.

It a stressful situation like wrecking your car. Wicklund's put me at ease! I was updated all the way through the repair process. My car looks and runs amazing! I had one concern about my vehicle and when I called to address it I was reassured they would take care of me! I got to the shop and they had a rental car waiting for me so they can fix the problem!! Such nice and efficient people work at Wickland's! they truly have the customer as their focus and it is very refreshing. Also my car looks great!
