Whenever I have a car accident (unfortunately) I always go to CARSTAR. Whenever someone I know gets into a car accident, I tell them to go to CARSTAR. It is a great and professional establishment that understands the entire complicated process of dealing with getting your car fixed after a serious or even minor accident. I can just drop off my car and they talk to my insurance and I don't have to worry about a thing. With this current accident, I was working two full time jobs and they made the entire process easy and worry free for me. Shawna was excellent with dealing with my accident, paperwork and giving me updates. I also really like the text alerts while my car was getting worked on. Then entire team is very polite and friendly and made me feel like part of the CARSTAR family. My car looks brand new and I couldn't be happier with the end result. Thank you to everyone for working extra hard on my vehicle and making it look brand new!

I do not believe Wicklands was very serious in completing the the job on time. I do believe I was misled on several occasions. Honesty to my questions about the timing of completion was lacking. I have been treated fairly at Wiclunds on previous on previous experiences. This was not one of them. Curt W

My previous accident i took my vehicle into carstar. They did a fantastic job! I got my car back within the same week i took it in, and to top it off, my car was cleaned and waxed for me. Unfortunatley, i was quite dissapointed by my service this time. It took them almost a whole month to fix my car. Granite, i understand they had told me the reason why it took so long was because they kept finding new things to fix. I dont mind having to wait if my car is going to be 100% fixed, but at least update me. That is what i was most dissapointed about. I had to call several times on my own personal time to find out when my car would be done. Almost everytime i was told they would call me back and I would never recieve a call. It wasn't until i had to get fussy and say i need to talk to someone now is when they knew i was serious. I finally got my car, and the first thing i noticed was my car interiror. It smelled like straight mechanic shop, and was left dirty. Not what i was expecting since my last visit with wicklund was nice and they cleaned my car for me. Overall, im quite dissapointed. They did everything i needed for my car, but honestly customer service matters and it was not present.

The door lock worked when we dropped off the vehicle and now it doesn't, I was told she would call the insurance company and see if they would pay for it, but that sometimes those sensors just go out and it just happened to to do that while your company was working on the door. I am not happy with that answer! If it worked when I dropped the vehicle off, it should work when I pick it up!
