My experience with CARSTAR Eric's was GREAT! They are so fair and honest with their charges. Because the part to repair my SUV came painted they lowered my bill by the amount necessary to paint it. Roy was extremely helpful when it came to costs knowing that I had to pay for this repair myself rather than putting through an insurance claim. I will only use CARSTAR Eric's and will recommend them to family and friends!!!!

Beginning with Lucy, my experience with Carstar was great!!! Her wonderful and helpful voice was just what I needed when I damaged my Lexus. Then I walked through the front door and Roy knew who I was and was very willing to help me with my car. He took care of all the paperwork and had everything organized before the rental car people picked me up. He emailed me to give me updates on the progress of the repair work and notified me when the car was ready. Because of Roy, the whole experience was stress free! When I arrived to pick up my car, it was ready and Roy explained everything that was done. All I had to do is hand over the rental car keys and be on my way. I will certainly recommend Carstar to anyone who needs a repair. Very satisfied with Carstar!!!
