I felt I had to wait a bit long to get an estimate- about 30 minutes past my appointment time while the individual was talking with other employees. I also was given an initial estimate of 2 to 3 days followed by almost 2 weeks and then brought back down to a week so it was confusing. Then I was told to pick the car up at 4:45 but I had to pick it up earlier and once I arrived even though it was sitting out in the lot I still had to wait another 30 minutes for them to actually get the truck and wash it which didn’t seem necessary to me and was a long time to wait in a store front. Everyone was nice and helpful but I thought a lot could have been done to improve wait times.

Exceeded my expectations! The woman at the front desk has world class customer service. I had been sitting in the lobby waiting for my car rental for about 20 minutes. Unsolicited, she called up Enterprise asking when they were going to show up to deliver my rental.
You guys also cleaned up my car on the inside and outside. My car was filthy and I wouldn’t have wished that on my worst enemy.
And, my car was supposed to take 5 days to fix, and I got my car back in 3.

CarStar knew on Monday, that my car would not deliver on Friday, but no phone calls were made, and the Text Updates continued to state progress & on time delivery. I called Friday morning (pick up day) to schedule a time to take delivery only to find out a part was on backorder and they would call Toyota that day to find out about the back order. Bryce calls Toyota and the part will now be delivered “today” so I can pick up my car 4 days later, on Tuesday.
What if I didn’t call, that morning? No one would have called Toyota to magically get the bumper delivered the same day. Again no communication for 5 days when Car Starr knew there was a delay, other than the daily texts stating “on time”
