My fender looked like a blind man tried to fix it . The advisor Miguel insisted it was my ins. Investment to buy **** a crappy fender...if I was Miguel I would have done whatever it takes to not go down to the ins level and actually perfect it.. that's the beginning... they took a very long time and grand totally was 2,700 to just install a lower control arm **** joint, putting spindle back on as well as new bearing, rotor,caliper braket and caliper pads . Unfortunately I could have done all that work myself . Due to the person that helps me pay my ins I agreed to let her send the truck to the shop. Where my hood came back unleveled. Isn't even centered to the emblem on the grill. My interior door panel was missing it's lock and unlock lever... there was water inside my brand new lights that I installed mysel...... i spoke to a buddy of mine and his fathers shop could have gotten me a painted fender for 300. Along with wheel bearing 200. Braket 16.99. Caliper 30.00 rotor 24.99 as well as pads another 20. You do the math. I could have gotten my whole truck repainted and new set of rims and tires for the price of that 2,700 that Kelly colison charged....... that's all for the appearance end of the horrible experience. Now it's time to tell you about the mechanical issue I had due to these idiots...... my after market rim was a 20x10 with 35in mud tires, I had to put my spare tire on in order to get it going cause the acting tire I had flu off the highway as I was going 75 mph. So I couldn't find it. So had to use that one. Truck was sitting lopsided so I went and got me a tire to fit that spare rim that made my truck sit level and balenced tire. They installed it for me alright. But as I was taking off I smelt rubber and the tire got chewed up by my upper control arm ... almost took out my tire I just bought.... so I turned around and had to put a spacer on it in order to go. I asked the shop. What would you have done if that happens while you test drove it? Miguel the advisor said I would have done the same thing. Put a spacer on it l.... I said your telling me you would have given me the truck like this ? His answer. The ins wouldn't have covored it ..... dumb **** mother **** it's coming from your shop. If ou let trash leave your shop ou will look like trash...... as of right now they are currently calling me so I can take my truck back so they can fix theyr mistakes..... did I have to bring it back??? Yes I did. And unfortunately I do not have time to **** around with this sorry shop anymore and I will be fixing this 2,700 "fix". ....at the end of the day, advisor Miguel tried to say my truck has a messed up frame...... wanted to mess his frame up after sayin that about my truck ....that I hear no unessesary noises nor do I feel any shifting or shaking while driving........ until I let ou kids touch my truck.... I would advise you and everyone you know for no one to take there truck or car there that needs any work at all....I used to work at lexas and I used to detail buff look for pain runs as well as burn spots. Hail damage ... so I was trained to use the light and go up and down inch by inch left to right up and down. Every crevisis ......my poor truck. Do not let this happen to you .... take my advice and do not trust these people. Oh did I forget to tell you I got fired from work because I needed my truck one night and thy weren't finished with it..... poor poor shop and half **** techs

Everyone at Carstar / Kelly Collision were friendly and helpful. The representative who answers the phone and assisted in front to schedule my vehicle repairs, getting into a rental and to the advisors who assisted were all professional and great. You all kept me informed with the status of my repairs and had my repairs competed prior to expected. With the repairs being completed so soon, I was worried I would find issues with the repairs, but that was not the case. My vehicle repairs were completed back to its pre-loss condition, plus you gave my car a nice wipe down, where it wasn't returned with dust or dirt from the repairs. Keep up the awesome work!
