The staff was awesome from the beginning. They communicated with me via text and even called to inform me how the repairs were going. I was very happy with their work and professionalism.

The interior part of drivers side back door had rubbing compound all over the interior of the door. Their was compound all over the top of the rear bed tool box. Their was compound on the driver side step. Also Not all the damage was repaired just painted over. Their were paint runs under the door handles. There were two scratches on the passager side bed area approxiamately 6 inches long that were not their prior to droping off truck with Carstar. On the exterior driver side half of my truck was washed and the other half left dirty. Even the driver side was not well done i have compound on my widows. I am very disatisfied with the quality of work. The person that was assigned the work did a terrible job. Who ever was incharge of the inspection of my truck prior to it being giving back to me terrible job. Last issue my truck had a quarter tank of gas when it was drop off to carstar. It was returned completely empty and it wood not start. I had purchase a gas can and i put three gallons of super unleaded. It turned off fifteen times from your parking lot to the gas station a quarter mile away. I was not advised prior to the pickup date and time of the gas issue. I would have brought gas for my truck or if someone put gas for me I have gladly paid for the gas and their time. You don't run a vehicle completely dry and advise the customer during the pickup.

From my online appointment request to the supplemental claim processing, all aspects of the repair experience were pleasant and professional. Melissa, Valerie and Miguel kept me informed of every issue related to the insurance claim. Thank you!
