I have done business with CAR STAR several times, they always amaze me with their excellent customer service satisfaction, friendliness and expertise. ALWAYS making sure that I the customer is updated as to the progress of my car as they car, each step of the way. This past time when somebody hit me on the left front side of my car, I called CAR STAR right away. Steve came out to where I was viewed an estimated the damage and made me feel comfortable that everything was going to be OK as they always do. As other people suggested I go to other places I reassured them that car star was the best and that was the only place I would do business . The office staff is also very friendly and helpful. I do not normally do these reviews but car star definitely needs to be recognized. A big shout out to STEVE and his OFFICE STAFF and “workers behind the scenes . For their continued excellence every day they come to work, as it appears to me. Thank you for always asking and making sure that I get to enterprise for a rental car and back. I appreciate you And cannot thank you for enough for my car has always went from almost totaled or just a dent back to brand new.
