Excellent service. The estimate Mike's have me included new parts that Mike's bought. When the work was performed, turned out the parts weren't needed. Instead of leaving me with parts I didn't need, Mike's took them back (painted) and substituted for labor cost. I thought that was beyond fair given the parts were already paid for. Then Angelica gave me a good initial estimate, and office staff were very nice. Finally, I didn't know Mike's provided a shuttle service to pick me up, so when I found out, that was a big plus. Drive with shuttle driver was pleasant too.
