The front desk staff helped me with my car rental! When Hertz did not show up to pick me up. There was a young man that asked me if I received a call from hertz about picking me up. ( I did not receive a call. So he had the shuttle driver to take me there . I was so pleased. Thank you all for your service! I enjoyed doing busy with you!

You guys did a great job repairing and repainting my damaged rear bumper. The quality of the paint application was superb and the detailing crew did an amazing job detailing the car prior to me picking it up.
Prior to selecting you for this repair I visited each of the 3 repair shops in Fairfield that USAA has a relationship with to determine who I wanted to entrust my car to and you guys were the clear choice due to your clean lobby and workshop and the excellent security of your facility. I clearly made the right choice in picking you to do this work for me.
