Ok..I give you a 95%. My comments. Car looks great, and excellent claims support. I liked you text notifications about status. You delivered a day earlier than committed. Car was clean and shiny at pickup. I had two challenges. ****). There was confusion when I called back the claims guy joe. He was great. But, when I called him back directly, your phone system routed me to a different office, where they had difficulty Finding my claim, then re-routing me back to joe. Took 10 min to get to right person. 2) The warranty is very vague (one sentence, simply implying workmanship). I recommend better elaboration of WHAT IS covered, as opposed to WHAT IS NOT covered in the warranty. In questioning Nicholas at pickup, he could not explain and needed to call a supervisor. I have to admit that finding out about the warranty was a bit frustrating, and I'd guess Nicholas was frustrated with me also. I don't recall the supervisor's name, but he answered my questions. But I still have nothing in writing. "Trust me" is ok, but I would have preferred to understand more details about the warranty. I can't believe I am actually asking for more red tape.
