The body work was excellent, but the right rear door lock is now inoperable, so I have to take it back to get it fixed. This should not have happened. Also, the right rear wheel was not cleaned of the paint transfer from the other car. The estimator, Lisa, who gave excellent service, cleaned it off and rubbed it out herself.

Right up until the day I was supposed to pick up the car, I was getting texts telling me car was "on time" for pickup. At the last minute, I was told car would not be ready for another 3 days because of the week end and holiday. I would have preferred an honest assessment of time so I could make arrangements for a rental car. I was told you had a reputation for always being late and I will notify my distress to USAA accordingly.

Mary M was super nice & friendly. However, I was first told my repair would take 3 days. Then it turned into 5 days. Then it became a week. Not good. I witnessed another customer there with the same problem. U need to estimate your repair time more honestly & realistically.

First, the wheel alignment is off. The car is drifting to the right. When I brought the car to you the alignment was perfect. The car had been serviced within the last three months. Secondly, the trunk contained debris and dirt. The debris included broken black tubes and dirtied paper towel. I have left a message with you and hope we can resolve these issues. Thank-you, Linda P
