We were out of a vehicle since late June and just got it back a little over a week ago. We were originally promised late August, but due to ****, a week, no more than two weeks is understandable. I bet that if a curtesy rental car was provided, we would've gotten our vehicle back late July or no later than mid August. We never wanted to deal with Gilman in the first place, but whatever caused our vehicle to end up there instead of Sterling McCall, is beyond us. Getting charged $****,000 deductible and being out of a vehicle for more than two months and still making payments monthly is terrible. Jim is a good person and very friendly and professional, but the policy and procedures of Gilman will never have me as a customer. Taylor, however, can't say nothing nice about him. I don't care if he had to go on vacation, why he let our vehicle sat there, not do anything and let Jim took over without knowing anything? Gilman needs a miracle for me to ever consider them, and if anyone asks, less than one star.
