My car looks brand new , feels brand new and even smelled brand new! Whole process was flawless, dropped off my car, shop did the rest of the negotiation with car insurance. Thank you Vince for an awesome job !

Already mentioned to the representative today upon pick up. I came in for a scheduled Saturday appointment to have my car assessed. The associate took pictures of the car and mentioned the estimate software was down so it would be emailed to me later in the weekend. By Tuesday the following week I had not heard back. After calling I was told it would be sent to me after checking with some people. By Friday I still had not heard anything. I called on Saturday and was told the email address they had was incorrect (told Gmail we spelled incorrectly -not sure how that happens). In all, it took much longer than expected to get my estimate and there was poor follow up. My experience afterwards was great

Repairs were incomplete. I'm stressing that a L.E.D. light and wire that was attached to my rear view mirror is no where to be seen. It's part of my braking system when I tow my car behind my RV. Interior cubby on ceiling was broken in accident and not repaired
