You guys are amazing... Unfortunately, two accidents that weren’t my fault in 3 months... both times you finished more quickly than expected and made my experience kind of wonderful considering I was coming in for repairs !!! I felt really taken care of and you made the experience seemless. I’m hoping no one else hits my car any time soon, but if they do, I can’t imagine going anywhere else!!??????

There’s definitely a negligence with the estimator, in my case, it was Vince at North main. Throughout the 20+ days process of getting my car repaired, countless times, Vince has never followed through on his words of calling back and giving me an update on repair. I don’t know if it was on purpose or not. I never experienced customer service like this. If you not going to do what you have said, why even bother saying it. The day when I picked up my vehicle, Vince said, “You gonna get a call to do a customer survey. Anything below 9 is failure...” The ignorance of this man knows no bounds. I really wanted to confront Vince but why waste my precious time with this guy.
