I especially want to compliment Vanessa at the front desk who is always polite and considerate, Vince who made a quick assessment with my car and answered my concerns and James Doepel who was unbelievable when I picked up the car. James went over the repairs and options for the future. He also used to touch up paint to cover other blemishes that were just part of normal wear and tear. From beginning to end Mike's Autobody on North Main made my stressful situation much easier to handle. Thank you!

Receptionist was very patient with me when I arrived that afternoon to see if my car could get inspected , she helped me talk to my insurance and make sure everything was okay with leaving my Honda HRV. They were even able to take my car that same day and help me calling enterprise to arrange my rental car. 5 out of 5 stars on their customer service!
