My car was not completely evaluated for damage. Car will not go over 60 miles. Now I have to take to an addtional shop. all the damage should have been evaluated in the beginning

I felt my car needed an alignment after the accident. My husband took the car to the shop and told the representative the car needed an alignment in addition to the repairs to the car. He was told we needed to tell the insurance. I let the insurance know and they told me the body shop would determine if an alignment was needed by looking at the damage. The alignment was denied.
I called and spoke to Edwin and he told me that I needed to say I ran over a deer that the shop goes by the story. My husband took the car to the shop and he was not present during the accident. The shop did not bother to call my cell phone if that is the way they determine the damage and repairs needed. I had to waste more time calling the insurance a second time so they could call Edwin and ask about the damage.
Then to top it off my key fab was broken when it was returned to me. It just fell off when I inserted the key into the ignition without making a crack or pop noise. Edwin denied it was already broken although it was obvious.
I am very disappointed with the customer service I received.
