My entire clear coat is scratched from the car wash that was provided. I was told to talk to the manager on Monday. Long wait for a big problem. Not happy about this issue. The repairs are perfect. The clear coat is horrible now. And it’s a new car. Very disappointed. I hope this is an easy and permanent fix.

I just wish they would have done the wheel alignment when i asked. I had to do it myself and return the car back again for bent axle. I asked them 3 times to please do wheel alignment cuz something was very wrong.

Only thing i didnt understand was i had brand new tires **** week old and aftr the accident it was obvious a wheel alignment was needed. When the car was straight the steering wheel was turned a bit right. Margaret said since the tires werent hit i could not have alignment. Otherwise they always do a great job.
