When I arrived at shop someone was Shouting out about a meeting for ‘those riding the bus,’ while another agent tells me I would have to wait until after the meeting before I could have any service... not a good idea. Also, not mentioning any planned meetings when I called the work day before to ask for an appointment time... telling me instead that I could come in for an estimate at ‘any time’.
When I picked up car at around 130, after receiving text that car was ready, I was told car wouldn’t be ready until 6. These are minor things, but certainly training issues!
