The hood damage was repaired flawlessly but a gouge in the grill right under where the hood damage was repaired was left unrepaired. It was pretty obvious so I was surprised that an inspection missed it. I was happy with the way Scott handled the situation. He promptly arranged to have the repair completed at my convenience. Mike's Auto Body appears to be a well run professional service organization. I believe that missing the gouge in the grill is probably an exception to their normal quality control.
