Front reception has no idea what they're doing. Was told when I created my appointment to drop off my car that I could drop my car off at 7am and pick up a rental at the same time. When I arrived the older receptions lady provided me with the paperwork for another person with the same last name. When I tried to correct her she stated she was certain it was me. I told her that my car was not a Toyota. So needless to say staff isn't best at handling paperwork. Not being impressed by the front staff already, I asked about getting my rental and she seemed confused and stated that Enterprise doesn't open till 7:30 but she could make arrangements for me to have a car dropped off at my work. I said great! A couple minutes later she stated that it would be best if I made my own arrangements since it was another 20 min at the point before they opened. I had beyond frustrated with the lack of empathy and understanding. This lady didn't even offer me a courtesy shuttle so I could get to work I had to ask her. Honestly after leaving And having time to think about what had transpired it left a really bad first impression and would never do business there again. Hoping to not see that particular receptionist again when I went to pick up my car but was not that fortunate. She seemed completely confused when I asked how long before my car was ready because I had called a day in advance to let them know what time I would be picking up my car. She said she had no idea where my car was but was trying to get a hold of someone so they could find it.. i told her I can see it. It's parked out front can I have my key? She also had trouble finding the key but then realized it was on her desk in front of her. No one thanked me for my businesss and no one provided a walk through of my car to ensure complete satisfaction. Also, not once did anyone apologize for Providing the incorrect information about rentals and what time would be best for me to arrive for my initial appt. I would probably never recommend this shop to anyone and this company should invest in probably training staff to provide decent customer service and knowledgeable personnel.

I'm very satisfied with the service I received from Mike's Auto Body! Personable and very helpful staff; highly customer service oriented. Thank you for taking what was rather a stressful situation for me, and turning it in to a positive experience.

Everyone at Mike's was great! Most of my contact was with Ralph Geonzon and he patiently answered all my questions and assured me my Lexus would look like new once repairs were completed. Thank you Ralph and everyone else at Mike's who helped me!!

My gratitude and thanks to Cliff Pereira for an outstanding job of keeping me informed as my vehicle passed through the stages of repair- from initial estimate to final pick up last week. Cliff did a far better job of customer service than my insurance agent. I appreciate his personal interest. My only regret of the whole experience, besides the initial collision of course, is that it took so long to get my vehicle back. Thanks to Cliff I understand the surrounding circumstances but still--- it was a long time. Thanks for the opportunity to comment. I will refer Mike Rose to others as the need arises. John R

The rear door doesn't close under its own power like it did pre-accident. Also paint is rough around edges of bumper on both sides. I have pictures to explain further if able to attach

From start to finish this was a flawless experience. I had some issues with Hertz rental but Mike's on North Broadway was great. I must add that I stopped by Mikes on N. Main St. initially and was treated very rudely which is why I ended up at Mikes on N. Broadway. Thanks again.

Repairs were performed on my brand new Porsche Cayman yet it wasn't perfect. There was a visible paint blemish right in the center above the license plate that should have been noticed by whomever did the work especially since it was there for 10 days!
