I arrived to pick up my car at designated time.
The store had closed early (received message they would be open until 5:00 p.m. and I arrived at 4:30 p.m. to find them already closed). Manager said he would pay for the extra day I was charged for rental car. I was charged for an upgraded car by Enterprise that was not authorized (told originally that I had a free upgrade). I was told my credit card would be credited for $6/day upcharges as well as additional day paid by ABBRA. Two week since that phone call and there has been no follow nor have I received a refund.

I was told continuously about inaccuarte completion time frames. Was told it would 2-3 weeks, bur it took over 7 weekz to be xompleted. Workmanship was fine, but being mislead on the time frame multiple times was infuriating.
