Was told everything was fixed. Window doesnt go up and down like it s him should. Back up camera works occasionally and air blows a little colder but not like it should. Am disappointed with these things listed above and would like them fixed correctly. Otherwise how i was informed on the process was great.

The problem started with the initial quote which was not professional as was a verbal range and no written estimate was provided. Every time we called the time estimates to completion changed and we could never get a straight answer. The body work was done well but the car batttery died the day after we received the car. We have went to Keenan several times but we will not be going back.

The repair is beautiful they follow up by the writer was terrible . I asked for a quote for additional work to the vehicle it was never completed. I had to call every time to get an update on the vehicle. Need to keep the customer better informed as the repair is being handled.

Took 4 weeks to have my car repaired. Was not warned about any long wait when it was brought in. Kept getting the run around. Was told next week then another next week. 4 weeks is ridiculous amount of time for what work was needed. Poor communication. poor customer service. Items were removed from the trunk and thrown back in. items such as bags were ripped.
I was also told you would fix the door ding marks on the doors of the car as a courtesy. It was not done. Very disappointed in your establishment.
