The repair work is fantastic. The delivery was very helpful in my current situation. The only thing that could be handled better had nothing to do with th body shop but with Geico. I understand repairs take time, and the mechanic broke everything down for me based on repair hours and hands on time and it showed the predicated completion date which is all great and understandable. It ended up getting done right on time with his calculations. The issue was today is 4/11, and based off the information I had been receiving from Geico personnel, the car was supposed to be done 4/6, then 4/7, then 4/10. I understand repairs take time, but it would be better to over guess the completion time than under. There ended being 5 additional days that I had accounted for already having my vehicle, so with every delay plans and situations had to be altered. I lost tickets to the Saturday baseball game for which I had tickets, and had to come out of pocket for a ride to work on Monday because I was told my vehicle would be done. The impact of thinking you will have a vehicle and then not getting it drastically impacts the daily lives of those relying on that form of transportation. So the only improvement I could suggest is how information is being relayed on the completion of repairs, there would have been no issues if I'd hadn't been mislead on when my car would be ready. thanks again for the great work on the repairs.

There is a noticeable defect in the repair

The work was completed on time the car looks brand new. I was keep informed thru out the the repair procedure which saved tension and many phone calls. All expections were set and meat. A great experience. Thank you.

Great service quick repair friendly staff if I have another problem which I hope I won't I would go back

Car will be returned because the drivers side front door is misaligned and the car was never detailed like I was lead to believe was standard practice. Car is covered in rubbing compound dust. Especially in the inside. Very disappointed

We were extremely happy with the service from all the staff. The daily text updates were very helpful. Our car was dropped off on Friday afternoon and ready by Tuesday afternoon! Two items ****. When I picked up the car it was not washed / clean. I was told it was going to be cleaned. I had streaks where it was streaked and rims not cleaned. If your going to tell me you are washing the car I would expect it wouldn't have streaks and dirt on the rims 2. Talking to your reps they were frequently putting things off on other people or groups. I.e. Blamed Della at Geico for not putting down the Sonya sticker on and the ding on the hood when I had mentioned it to your representative when I dropped the car off. 2) kept mentioning the poor workmanship Caliber Collisions did previously instead of telling me how you were fixing my car Please free to call me. They did good job however if they can communists with the customer and inform what is happening with insurance or repairs.my caris been there for almost 2 months and I have to called and check. No one from the company call and updated me with the status of my car.
