The front of the car looks great and runs great. But the damage on the rear door was not touched or fixed. And that dent on the door was also sustained with the damage to the front of the car. Whoever the adjuster is that works with the insurance company says it wasn’t consistent with the damage in the front. And that’s just not true. A deer hit the front end of my car and also the back door. So it is consistent. With that being said I also had to call the body shop more than once to see if my car was done. I did receive text messages but no phone call on the day promised my car would be finished. Other than that I’m ok with the service I received.
