I never got any call from the shop with an estimate. I finally call the customer service person who emailed me to ask what was happening. She told me that they were trying to get the car ready for Friday. When I stopped by the shop the male said that they were trying to get the car done. When I asked why I hadn't gotten a call he apologized and said that he had been trying to fit my car in since I was a walk in.
