The work was done well.
Matt kept me informed through the process.
My concern is the number of days it took to be repaired.
The estimate gave it 4 days. But it ended up being 10 days.
This cost me 6 additional days of insurance on the rental car, approximately $120.
The insurance was about $20 per day.
Four (4) days would have been $80.
Now it will cost me $200, 60% more planned.
The fact the first fender was not acceptable is out of my control. As I understand this part vender was questionable at best. Because they provided unusable parts, it will cost me an additional $120.
I would appreciate at least a partial refund of the vendor's lack of quality.
I will be looking for a positive response.
